Conceiving
a concept for a site is the easy part. Coding and execution involves work.
Hopefully, you'll appreciate the work and enjoy the concept. Eventually this site will be coded using
XML, with all the bells and whistles that it will bring. Dynamic content, useful user preferences, "skins",
and all of overhead, with none of the direct benefits.
IF too many times in life the "what-if" question arises, then this is one of them answered.

Horked-Up
is a term that we use at work when software goes bad. Sort of like
when the mayonnaise turns rotten in the fridge. Salmonella,
like horked-up software, is not
readily apparent. That something is wrong takes a little time to develop, and the
results/behavior are/is not exactly what you expected.

NotJoeSoft
was built using WindowHTML v1.1
for the navigation and overall look and feel.
The Web-o-Tron Layout-o-Matic was used for the text and graphics layout on each page.
Animated gifs were snatched from MediaBuilder, an absolutely outstanding site for content.
Finally, the NotJoeSoft.com domain was acquired through NameZero
. You don't *actually* own it, but the price is right.
